I have never heard of that. In fact I am at home right now and can send you 3
screenshots of Rev. A G3's athat are all running more that 512mb RAM. I use them
as servers. I have worked on about 300-500 Beige G3's in my career, and I haven't
experienced this with any of them. They all take just about whatever PC-66 + RAM
you give them.
