I understand from the XpostFacto Forum that indeed Ryan is working on a
more friendly version of the Cache enabler as well as an update for
XPostFacto. He seems to indicate that something should be ready by Macworld
in January.

I gathered from his post, that he hopes to have the new enabler take the
cache offline for configuration, allowing you to try different settings for
maximum effectiveness before committing to a working configuration.
