Unless you're limited by a service contract or other policy, you'd be better
off learning to do this stuff yourself, because there are way too many
so-called "techs" out there who don't know much, and don't know any context
even for the little they know.
I'm not trying to be overly negative, but I've had to correct too many
problems caused by unqualified techs...even those employed by high end tech
companies.
