Well, it works for me on my Rev A, 233 G3 running OS 9.2.1 without any 
trouble.

any G3 version machine acts in reference to 3rd party products. It's a 
mystery to me, the inconsistency in MAC reliability. I often wonder if it's 
because of variations in Apple's hardware manufacturing process or how the 
multitude of different software programs interact, some harmoniously other 
in conflict.

Carefull with MacAlly card. It works if your Beige is Rev B or Rev C.
It won't work under OS9 in� a Rev A beige.
