I second the Global Village. I have been using them since 9600 baud days
and they have beed 100% reliable with good download speeds.

Also, if you are going to be using it for any amount of faxing, you can't
beat the GV Fax software.

I am using one now on a tricked out beige G3 with no problems at all under
9.2.2, I have used it breifly under 10.2.3 to see that it works, but I
haven't jumped full time into Jag to be a proper judge.
