Let me put it to you this way Glenn: I had drive failures every 6 months with Norton. I stopped using Norton 3 years ago and since then I have had one drive fail: My TiBook 30 GB. And Norton would have never EVER fixed that. The drive died because of system abuse and excessive use of the computer (23.5 hours a day running over 18 months).
