Hi John,
Do you mean defrag? We can help you. If you meant "degrog", I'm not
sure...I've never dealt w/ a Mac that fell off the wagon ;-)

Defrag will require a 3rd party utility to defrag and optimize the hard
drive. Top three, in order of preference, are:
* DiskWarrior
* Tech Tool Pro
* Norton Utilities (separate or part of SystemWorks)
