I don't want to be mean or anything, but the positive feedback the guy has as a seller could have been made by his own self with another eBay account.
However my "eBay seller" intincts tell me that: 1. His email may be down 2. He may be out of town 3. He has personal problems 4. He forgot 5. All of the above (LOL sorry for being sarcastic) No really, I been selling stuff in eBay for two years now and never had a problem yet, I like to buy things from people who have a good reputation. However if the feedback is not perfect (I've seen lots) I do examine the feedbacks from people, pay close attention to what they say. Another thing, when a low feedback is to question, you should check the items he has for sale, contact the people who left feedback (who won his auctions) I've done this it doesn't hurt. Last but not least, the price for shipping in the auction is incredibly high, shipping a card like that shouldn't be more than 6.99 with insurance. I don't have any other comment other than I hope everything turns ok, if the seller is a good person HE WILL send the card or refund EVEN after you leave NEG feedback. I wouldn't hesitate to leave the neg feedback if the card doesn't arrive by monday.
