I disagree, while my feedback is 100% perfect I've had wackos bidding for my
auctions, and threatening to leave neg feedback (it happened twice) I remember
in the beginning I didn't use to give a time when was I going to send the
item, now I say "your item will be sent within 5 business days". Tell you why,
a guy got upset cause I didn't send his item by the third day, so he said he
wanted money back or he'd leave neg feedback. Since I didn't specify in the
auction how long it'd take to send the item and I WAS new (only about 14
feedbacks so far) I couldn't afford to argue. So I refunded. To this day I do not
know if the guy just changed his mind and didn't want the item anymore, or if
he was schizophrenic or what the heck. Then another time few months ago I
sold a bulk of 24 sealed electric razors. The woman who bought them she was a
little crazy in the head so she didn't want to sell them in her store unless
she knew they were working :) LOL!! Anyway she opened all of them and 3 (so
she says) didn't work so she ASKED me to refund the money for THOSE 3 razors!!
:-D she threatened to leave neg feedback as well so I made the calculation
and DID REFUND her money for those. This is really funny but I am very
honest... just wanted to share this with somebody. She may have lied too but who
knows.
