A lot of those paralell printers can also do USB. See. Also, what if they were hooked up to�something like an�HP�JetDirect box, which allows�paralell printers to be�hooked up to Ethernet.�Also, how was�it�that you hooked up your�Mac to a PC network for file sharing (assuming you were using OS�9)?
I have since found out that the printer is on a JetDirect 170 (sorry for not spotting this before...) but as for USB it's impractical as the printer is in a different room.
I am using OS X .2.7
I will be trying OS 9 tomorrow...
I miss the Chooser...
