The link is created fine... the witch command only finds the binary executible for smbspool...
The problem is my Windows 2000 Pro PeeCee refuses to properly join the work group "WINNIE_POOH"
I think it is looking for a 2000 Server Domain Server and is not happy resolving it self to a LAN of Mac's and Linux boxes...
If I put the printer on the Linux box and share it with SAMBA all is good.
Probably because of the whacked out ln command.
It's supposed to read:
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/smbspool /usr/libexec/cups/backend/smb
'which smbspool' is a command that shows you where the 'smbspool' program is.
