If a program fixes a disk, sometimes it "guesses" wrong as to what the data should be that it "fixed". I would suggest burning all the data files, format the drives and reinstall the operating systems. Though this takes time it will get rid of the question of do I have bad data on my disk. It will make trouble shooting a problem easier if the "bad data" factor is not in the equation.
