I'm not familiar with that software but they have to be talking about the VCD
format which I'm pretty familiar with.   You can burn 74 minutes of video onto a
standard cd with up to 99 tracks, just like an audio cd.  These will play in
many dvd players...check the specs.  It is a common format in the Far East, so
some dvd players might work that are not documented to play VCD.

The video compression they use is mpeg1 which is crude compared to mpeg2 used on
dvds.  However, they really don't look bad, about like a vhs tape in the 6 hour
setting.  The worst you see is if there is a lot of motion going on, like in a
pan, or waving grass.  The image can become quite confused.  But it's a great
format if you don;t have a dvd burner.

If you already have your video digitized, Toast Titanium 5 can compress and burn
the disk for you.  It's pretty easy.
