Andy Hannon suggested an Epson Photo 895 or an HP 959c Mary Russel, a Canon i550 Clark Martin, an HP 5850. Thanks to all. The wireless networking aspect was the deal maker for me. Considering HP also had a rebate going on this thing (the 5850), it ended up being a no brainier. But a question: Clark - the install went fine on both OS X and 9, and all users can print under X. However, when I try to print under 9 it gives an alert saying: drivers not installed. I repeated this a couple times. Any suggestions? Emailing HP hasn't worked because they corral you into choosing a particular topic/item, then say it can't be found (!).
