Hey Dana,
Lessee... if I remember correctly...
First, make sure the volumes you want to mount are visible on the desktop and you checked "Add to keychain" when you mounted them.
Go to System Preferences > Accounts > Startup Items.
Click the "+" symbol to add another item.
Select the volume you want to auto mount and click "Add".
Close System Preferences and restart and everything should appear on your desktop.
I did this under 10.3.4 and don't know if there is a different procedure for other versions.
Also... I noted that it takes a bit of time for all the network drives to mount and I'm not sure why. I suppose since I'm connecting to 5 other computers, there is a lot of network congestion!?

On the other hand, Amanda, I'd like to know how you get those other
networked drives to mount at startup! I've been unsuccessful at making this
happen in OS X myself.

Hi All...
I have a couple of win boxes connected to my B&W and have their drives automatically mount on startup. Is there any way to keep the folders for the networked drives from opening when I start the Mac? Not a critical problem, but with 6 networked drives it is a bit annoying to have to close all of them.
Thanks for any advice!
Amanda
