Software to get digital pics from a winDOHs only camera

I borrowed a cheap USB digital camera (Aiptek pencam) to take pictures 
of some Macs I'd like to put on ebay.

Having never used a digital camera before, I plugged it into my B&W 
(10.3.5) hoping iPhoto would recognize it. Well, it does not. Checking 
the Aiptek website only shows winDOHs drivers.

I've even tried Graphic Converter but it doesn't see the camera either.
Does anybody know of some software that may recognize and d/l pictures 
from this camera?
