Yersina,

Well, MacLinkPlus can translate many document formats, including AppleWorks 6.
<http://www.dataviz.com/products/maclinkplus/mlp_xlators.html >
It can process many files at once in batch mode. There's no mention of Claris Emailer files or Gene 4.3.4, but perhaps those applications can export to something compatible.

Best,
Dan

<Not sure what you mean by 'IN' Classic apps.>

I'm talking about word processed documents in AppleWorks 6, the data in
my Gene 4.3.4 application (which is not only periodically referenced but
added to occasionally) and my ginormous Claris Emailer archive of old
emails, many of which contain brainstorms and other things I go back to
look at for reference (not to mention how much I love the Claris Emailer
application for regular day-to-day email usage). All three of these
applications are for Mac Classic (i.e., below OS X: I use them on both my
G3 Beige which is on OS 9.2.2 and my Powerbook 5300c which is on OS 8.6).
