I'm also trying to use multi-purpose cards ... {USB + FW} ... {Stereo
IN + Stereo OUT + MIDI + S/PDIF} ... {NIC 10/100/1000}. Even though
I'm not exercising the audio past Stereo IN + Stereo OUT, perhaps it
still has PCI channels ready in case I need them. Maybe the
interference is in that area ... PCItoPCI Bridge ... especially if
its not handled properly by M-Audio and/or Sonnet. I think M-Audio is
not.

Possibly. Things shouldn't really be this hard ...

Ah, yes ... Brainectomy and Total Transplant.
Recommendations for a good source of QS 2002 Dual 1GHz ready mobo?

Currently I have running (made it through a couple of Cold Boots and
Restarts):
AGP Slot1 GeForce4 MX
PCI Slot2 empty
PCI Slot3 empty
PCI Slot4 M-Audio Delta 2496
PCI Slot5 Rosewill 10/100/1000
May have to be satisfied with using the KB USB port for my Yamaha
motif es8 USB/MIDI connection.
If this reduced setup continues to work.
