My experiences as a credit card terminal troubleshooter for Discovercard are along those same lines. We got the blame if credit card holders were denied a sale, if they wanted anything related to their account that we didn't have access to, or many other things. They dialed the wrong phone number and we couldn't help them? It was our fault. So I know where you and your Mom are coming from. If Raceway doesn't work on my computer because there is a problem with my computer, I'll remember that it's your!, game, so it's your!, fault.
