Hi Shaun, Yes. I had some idea that taking over the games could potentially be explosive. I also knew based on my mom's experiences working with the public that the wrong thing to do is to smart off, lash out, or argue with the customer. You can't win that kind of argument. A person convinced against his will is of the same opinion still. What I decided to do instead was simply compromise. If they wouldn't compromise with me it was their problem not mine. They were the one who couldn't grow up and act their age.
