You don't though. once you land in the jump gate nexus you can just click on
the plotter, pick your start destination, your end destination, and it gives
you an instant textual route from the system you want to the system you're
trying to get to.

core exiles is quite accessible.
the galaxy map is not, and you have to bother around with the jumpgate
system to get anywhere so it may detract from itself.

I've tried a lot of them. They just seem to be midevil.
I know that there are such games as miriani and star conquest. But
those are scifi.
I'm looking for something that is a mud/online game that is action
