Hi Lori,

Hmmm...Interesting. Well, before we consider returning them let's see
if we can't possibly figure out the source of the problem. Its
actually quite common with USB headsets, and out of three sets I've
owned they all tend to have problems where I plug them and no sound
comes out of them until I reboot, or I unplug them and sounds don't
come out of the sound card, or I plug them in and sound comes out of
the speakers instead of the headphones. It is frustrating to be sure.
I'm going to Google the problem and see if anyone has a simple
solution for these annoying problems. Like you I find USB digital
headsets great for playing games like Swamp, Sarah, Shades of Doom,
etc and it would be nice to get to the bottom of the problem for once
and for all. :D
