well you have techs and techs.
Shop techs are like using windows vista and windows me together.
To solve problems, reformat and it will go away.
Else pay us more cash than your system is worth.
Oh by the way, your data costs money you want it you pay for us to
save data before you reformat and if you don't pay us then there is no problem.
I have had those.
you need to find builders.
They do reformat a lot to but at least you get some degree of support
and they will give a reason for it.
ie, the videocard is not working in this new system.
Its probably not compatible.
lets reformat to get rid of corruption and replace the card.
see the difference?

If a tech tells you that you don't need such stuff. Just tell them
you have a real tech in mind to work on your computer. i wouldn't
even let them work my watch.

Hi Trouble,
Agreed. Not running any antivirus software, antispyware software, etc
on a Windows computer is a very bad idea. I don't care how much a tech
someone thinks they are its essential to add security software on the
system to insure the safety of the OS. Even a free antivirus program
like Microsoft's Security Essentials is better than none, and there
are better antivirus programs far better than that which are fairly
affordable on a fixed income.
Cheers!
