Hi,

The problem is that the InputManager isn't loading, could you check the
console to see if any messages are printed when you open Safari.

Could you please send me the directory listings for the following
directories:
* /Library/Internet Plugins/
* /Library/InputManagers/
* ~/Library/Internet Plugins/
* ~/Library/InputManagers/

Also, what machine do you have?

Can you try creating a new account on your machine and seeing if you get the
entry in the Safari menu there (there is no need to reinstall Gears).
