I'm not saying they don't work, but I think it would be interesting for
someone to do some controlled studies to establish that parasites are
really being killed by this method, and what the mechanism is. It's
possible that the animals are recovering and fighting off the parasites
due to good supportive care.

I have no idea at all why they work? Seemed funny to me also but they work. I find the Cysteine works by itself also as does the CoEnzyme Q10 but takes longer.
I agree it would make an interesting study.
