No - no one knows, and there is no medical documentation that it will.  There is loads 
of "info" on the use of CoQ10 for heart disease, AIDS, parasites, bacterial 
infections, cancer etc., but precious little by way of documentation. It's claim to 
fame is that it scavenges free-radicals.  It is often billed as a wonder drug (To be 
clear Don was not billing it as such - but others certainly do) but they have zippo 
for data.

An excellent question

There is little about these substabces that would reccomend them  to such intense 
scrutiny, and the cash to back it.  The reality is that they (esp. CoQ10) are 
sufficiently fringe that it might work against them.

My thoghts exactly.  One also has to acertain the the methods by which the efficacy of 
this combination was determined.  Fecals being what they are in small lizards.
