Hi Neil,

All I could find after phoning several clinics
was the pill form, no problem as I'm used to grinding
pills for tiny gex. It seems most vets here have switched to
Drontal (Drontel?) which has another dewormer in it and
is not suitable for herps, at least not for Cestodes.

I would rather cut off my arm than use Droncit or another derivitive! Contrary to what some others have posted here it can be and is dangerous especially in a compromised animal!

If you havent tried or even if you have the CoEnzyme Q10 you can also try an Amino Acid ( Cysteine) not (Cystine) by making a thin paste of the powder and putting it on the lizards nose.  Your gecko will lick it off and I have even mixed the CoQ10 and the Cysteine and have had very good results with them. Normally a couple treatments seems to get all stages of the worms. Let us know how it goes.
