terjadi dimasa RBKP begitu!

mencelakakan sekelompok orang lain!

Kalau orang tak menerima dibilang remo, harusnya dia buktikan
kesetiaannya pada ajaran guru-guru besar Marxisme. Bahkan Bung Karno
Jaman Mao rakyat
pekerja punya si da (4 besar), Da Ming (Bebas Bicara), Da Fang (Bebas
Mengajukan Pendapat) , Da Zi Bao (Bebas Menulis Poster Berhuruf Besar), Da Bian
Lun (Bebas Mengadakan diskusi/perdebatan).. Itu adalah kenyataan! Dan ingat
juga kata-kata Mao, setiap tindakan, setiap pikiran, ide, dll punya stempel
kelas orang yang melakukannya. Sebenarnya perlawanan buruh dan tani Tkk sudah
lama berjalan.
pekerja...Sederhana saja masalahnya....Kepada siapa anda berpihak?? Kepada
rakyat pekerja atau menjilat pantat penguasa!! By Jenny Chan
Last month students and recent graduates from more than a dozen mainland
Chinese universities turned out to provide solidarity support for workers of
Jasic Technology.

The activists included students from Peking University, Tsinghua University,
Nanjing University, and Sun Yat-sen University. They wore T-shirts with the
slogan “unity is power” printed in bold red.

They produced videos of speeches and peaceful demonstrations in front of the
Jasic factory in the Pingshan District of Shenzhen City, a key node of
globalized production in South China. They tweeted open letters and blogs and
photos via social media.

In response, the management of Jasic, a private company listed on the Shenzhen
stock exchange, retaliated against workers who have been trying to establish a
democratic trade union since May, and refused immediate reinstatement of
dismissed workers, triggering waves of protests and campaigns.

At the time of writing, 14 workers were still being detained by local
authorities, and last week police raided a guesthouse where about 50 student
supporters had been staying, crushing the worker-student coalition.

The conflicts between workers and management over punitive fines, wage
deductions, and non-payment of social security benefits at Jasic are not an
isolated case.  Facing infringement of rights and harsh treatment, aggrieved
workers have resisted in numerous individual and collective forms.

In 1982 China removed the right to strike from its constitution and the only
official union organization is the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, an
integral part of the government. With no leadership from the union, workers in
places like Jasic have taken independent actions to defend their legal rights
and interests.

Government statistics indicate that, in 1996, 48,121 labour disputes (including
individual and collective cases) were accepted for arbitration, involving
189,120 people nationwide. The incidence of arbitrated labour disputes, along
with mounting protests, has been growing rapidly.

In the global economic crisis of 2008, when millions of workers were laid off,
the number of cases skyrocketed to 693,465 – nearly double that of the previous
year – involving more than 1.2 million workers across the country.

Following a brief decline, labour dispute cases have shot up annually, reaching
an unprecedented 813,859 cases in 2015, according to the China Labour
Statistical Yearbook.

In addition to filing cases through dispute resolution mechanisms, workers have
sought to strengthen their associational power to better protect themselves.
Jasic workers had submitted their written intent to form a union in accordance
with China’s Trade Union Law. They had prepared to engage in dialogue with
management.

On August 1, under mounting pressure, Jasic executives quickly set up a union
preparatory committee. From 2005 when the company was founded, Jasic, like many
other companies, had refused to recognize workers’ fundamental rights to
unionize.

On August 20, Jasic called the first meeting to “elect” nine union committee
members. How were the elections run? Who were the union chair and committee
members? Apparently the Jasic management has taken over organizing at the
workplace level.

For nearly two months now, a core group of university students, along with tens
of thousands of fellow students from all over the country, have been supporting
Jasic workers in their struggles.

This young cohort was born in the 1990s and early 2000s, when China accelerated
its opening to the world and privatized its industries to enhance “flexibility”
of work and employment in the market.

In and through self-organized study groups, internships, and waged work, the
student activists understand the need for more progressive legal reforms and a
fairer share of economic gains for those who produce them.

The effective use of digital media to present a united worker-student voice,
despite removal and blockage of the content by Chinese authorities, has drawn
attention from academics and the wider public at home and abroad.

In recent years, a young generation of migrant factory workers at Foxconn
(Shenzhen), Honda (Foshan), and Yue Yuen (Dongguan) have staged numerous
strikes and protests in a bid to democratize their respective company unions.

The workers’ demand for higher wages and better benefits are among the top
priorities. As capital moves from coastal Guangdong to interior provinces to
tap into cheaper labour and more abundant land, conflicts over unpaid wages and
arbitrary dismissals may well increase.

University students share concerns about fair labour in an age of contracting
and temporary work. The battle for social and economic justice from the bottom
up at Jasic and other workplaces has written a new page in contemporary Chinese
society.

(Boxun
comprehensive report) Shenzhen Jiashi Technology employees, because the
establishment of trade unions by the factory to retaliate, threatening
intimidation. An open letter from the workers revealed that Liu Penghua, who
was working normally in the factory, was beaten by two unidentified outsiders
and fired on the grounds of fighting. Mi Jiuping, on the 18th of this month,
was directly dragged by 4 or 5 security guards and thrown out of the factory
on the grounds of disobeying arrangements. On the 20th, they went to work
normally, and were pushed by more than a dozen security guards. Outside of the
factory, one colleague was directly knocked down by the security guard.
Afterwards, resting at the factory gate, but was asked to be taken away by a
group of police officers. When they said that the factory was illegal and said
that this was a labor dispute, the police started, three or four to deal with
one, and the workers were knocked down by them. They were dragged into the
Yanziling police station and the workers were beaten and hurt to varying
degrees. Online comment: Workers prepare to form a trade union, and they are
transferred, beaten and fired by the company. The police do not arrest the
criminals, but they arrest the workers' representatives, and then arrest the
workers who support the workers. The right of the workers to voluntarily
organize and join the trade unions in the trade union law has become a piece of
paper. The reality is that the unions are not established, or the "boss unions"
have been established with the acquiescence and help of the local federations.
On the morning of the 20th, six workers were taken to the police station.
More than 20 workers who went to support at noon were also arrested. After 24
hours, they were released and some of them were injured. On the 22nd, dozens
of workers went to the police station to ask for their arguments. They shouted
and severely punished the murderers. The protests continued until the evening
of the 22nd, after the situation, please pay attention to all..
Kemudian, dia bilang,
sejarah perkembangan Tkk, perkembangan Shenzhen, perkembangan ijin tinggal
mati!!!
When we first went to Shenzhen, we went to work in the factory in 2002. We
did not apply for a residence permit. The government increased income in order
to generate income, and arrested people everywhere. If you live in your own
country, you must temporarily live with a permit. Even if you are traveling,
you can take care of it and take it to Changping to work hard. One night, I was
found, but I met a good person in the security team. He saw my label. At that
time, I was 22 years old and I was very scared. The members of the security
team saw my work permit and wrote: Assistant engineer, he let me go. Perhaps
not all Chinese political corrupt people are bad people, but the Communist
Party is definitely a bandit. I still remember that the newspaper at the time
reported that a girl from Hubei went to work in Zhuhai. She was arrested at the
Guangzhou Railway Station and was arrested and raped. At the same time, a young
man from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, borrowed from a Hubei
province in Shenzhen, was killed by a security officer because of a temporary
residence permit. Later, he was alarmed by the central government and cancelled
the temporary residence permit. The history of China's development, the history
of Shenzhen's development, and the history of Shenzhen's temporary residence
permit are the bloody tears of the bloody Hubei people and the bloody tears of
the bloody Chinese.. However, the Communist Party, Xi Jinping put the Chinese
people's blood and tears all over the world, instead of paying debts and the
people. The development of China has been exchanged for the blood and tears of
the Chinese people. It has been exchanged for the sacrifice of the environment,
and it has never been exchanged by the leadership of the Communist Party. The
toxic vaccine, the poisonous water, the poisonous food, the system of people
eating people, the side control of the public security, once again let the
Chinese become sick people in East Asia! If you don’t say a word well, you
can’t control the country. Since ancient times, tyranny will die!
Ada lagi yang menulis "Rakyat sedang bangkit"
  The people are awakening
Aneh kok Partai komunis menindas Serikat Buruh. Saya tidak tahu siapa
detasemen terdepan dari kaum proeltariat? It is interesting for the Communist
Party to suppress the union. I don't know who is the proletarian vanguard?
Why is it a shame to be bullied by
foreigners, is it not a shame to be bullied by the Chinese? Is it different
from being beaten by the Japanese?
Don't argue with the bandits. protect
yourself. Don't touch a stone with 10,000 eggs. If you feel that you can't
stand it, develop an underground party.
Only by overthrowing the Communist Party,
completely overthrowing the system of authoritarian autocracy, establishing a
democratic and free system, and having a classless society, the people have
the freedom to have a good life. It is useless to preach the truth with the
bandits.
