Another option to consider, depending on the total cost,
would possibly be two-way broadband satellite service.
I was looking into this last week for my brother-in-law.
They mostly offer two options:
1, Put $300-$400 downpayment and $69.99 a month. 
or
2, Put $0 down, and $99.99 a month.

It's a close call. The price is bit steep, but they can
get you service as long as you can see the sky.
