Perhaps partially... only cause i've ready a few of Theo DeRaadt's (from
OpenBSD) many many rants about the insecurity of x86 as compared to RISC
architecture.  But OpenBSD (even linux) is proof that it is possible to 
build a secure OS on x86.... so MS doesn't get off that easy.
