The exposure and not the location is here the problem.  Really good code 
is hidden in all Jakarta projects and if you don't know that it exists 
(and where), you have no hint to discover it.

Of course if you know every jakarta projects by heart everything is 
easyier but I guess not everyone has that expertise.
