You have some formatting wrong. You have all the display attributes on one line and aren't listing multiple track names separated by a single space.
Note from the help docs, it says: - "Each *line* defines *one* display attribute." - "hide <track_name(s)> - Hides the listed tracks. *Multiple track names should be space-separated*." So you want.... browser position chr1:116243862-116311162 browser pack omimAvSnp knownGene browser hide mrna intronEst cons46way cons46way.align.vis browser show wgEncodeReg track name="Test" description="Track Control Testing" colorByStrand="255,0,0 0,0,255" .... - Greg On 8/8/11 1:09 PM, Bill Biggs wrote: > Hi Greg, > > Sorry to be such a pain but... > Can you load the following custom track for me...the convention you > suggested does appear to be working...hmmm > > Thanks, > bill > > > On 8/8/11 11:03 AM, "Greg Roe"<[email protected]> wrote: > >> Hi Bill, >> >> The docs are a little vague I guess.
