Could do the German translation.
Are you fine with (sparse) usage of <em>...</em> tags? In English you
can emphasize a word using capitalization. Since in German nouns always
start with a capital letter, stronger emphasizing techniques are
required sometimes.
Not using any tool. An editor and Git is sufficient for me :) Shall
translation PRs (as all others) primarily target the main branch?
Cheers

Want to bump this message now that we are testing 2.22-RC release; it
would be good to have translations for the welcome page messages prior
to release.

My co-workers have given me some welcome page translations to fix

Checking https://explore.transifex.com/GeoServer/ shows three
projects all updated in the last month:
* GeoServer - Updated 3 days ago
* GeoServer GitHub Integration • Updated 18 days ago
* GeoServer Stable • Updated 10 days ago
Which is the correct one to use? Checking developers guide ...
says
https://www.transifex.com/GeoServer/geoserver-github-integration/dashboard/.
However the geoserver-github-integration project was updated 18
days ago (ie the oldest). Should we turn the others off if they
are no longer in use?
