This came about from calling the US dept of agriculture who then referred me
to the states as each is different and some may have no requirement under one
gov't agency but do under another (ie. agriculture and wildlife). I called
the agriculture dept for WA, OR, ID 2 years ago and they were all the same.
We all know about how CA is. I talked to KS and NE about 4 years ago with
same results, most states are very similar to each other. It is also possible
for a county to ban a type of animal, which could be another set of problems.
