I also live in a place where buring isn't an option.  I wrap the gerbil in a
paper towel and fold it nicely and tape it shut and put it inside a little
box that's tape shut with duct tape or some other sturdy tape.  My biggest
fear is that an animal will get it out and leave it laying for me to find.  I
sure liked hearing other peoples ideas about the web site memorial and in a
flower garden.  When I get a place of my own I hope I can use a flower in
their memory.  Whoever opened up this discussion, good job, I've always
wondered what to do myself!
