Hi Amy, my hubby and I sort of have a rescue service for rodents. We take in
animals from shelters or ones that the pet shop could not sell (they were not
perfect; had some sort of physical defect). Most of them remain with us; we
rarely look for homes for them.

Anyway, we have a small cemetery in our yard for them now. It is really just
part of the garden. We bury them about a foot or two down and we put a couple of
large rocks on the grave for a few weeks so the local critters don't dig them
up.
