If you use CTRL-E for "Export to <filename>" (which is available after
the first export after saving to xcf) it does not ask for permission to
overwrite.
If you did not save to xcf there is a menupoint "Overwrite <filename>"
which also doesn't ask for confirmation. It does not have a keyboard
shortcut by default though.
