But it is unsupported for CBO in general... Hence I am confused about what the condition is actually doing. Additionally, the validation code described above should be called just before `CalcitePlannerAction.applyPostJoinOrderingTransform`, since that method applies optimizations that are specific for RP; until that point, I expect that RP and AST path are exactly the same.
