We are due to get FTTP available in our town this year and when I got a quote for a connection it worked out nearly £10/month less than our current FTTC connection.
I am not likely to get any offers of FTTP other than from BT, and that will not be until they provide a suitable duct from their access chamber under the pavement, a total of around 10 Metres.
That will be Openreach rather than BT. If Openreach can provide the physical connection then any reseller (including BT) would be able to provide you with FTTP.
