So... providing feedback on the free product you were given is a cop out, and enough to drive you to order out? Then don't forget your free eggroll with every order. I hope they get your order right since you're apparently opposed to giving feedback, and telling them what you'd like is a form of feedback, I'm guessing you're going to just walk in an expect them to know what you want. Be careful, leaving GMail for another service is a form of feedback, so google will know that you weren't happy, but that's just them copping out.
BTW, I'm curious how you would deliver a product to millions of people, for free, provide continuous innovation by trying to improve things, and ensure that everyone is happy with the results, without soliciting feedback? Do you have an ability that's normally only documented in Marvel moves with an X in the title? If so, maybe you should work for Google, cause I would consider that an invasion of privacy, something Google is accused of all the time.
