Jim, Since you replied to the main post, and not a specific reply, it's hard to tell exactly which post you meant, but in none of them do I read the "you didn't use feedback, so you can't complain". The only implication I got from anyone's posts was "If you were unhappy, you really should have left feedback". Sure you can be upset a vote didn't go your way even if you didn't cast one, but the implication is, "If you didn't like the way it went, you should have lent your voice when it had a chance to make a difference".
Also, the point people tend to make is that "complaining" here is political equivalent of telling your barber you don't like Obama. It's not going to change anything.
