I don't mind seeing the job postings. It's nice to know about other
options, especially in areas that I'm interested in.
The only thing that an employer can do to prevent an employee from
moving on to greener pastures is to offer competitive compensation and
a decent work environment. If an employer thinks that they can shield
an employee from hearing about these greener pastures then they're
deluding themselves.
I don't think that the small number of job postings on this list
warrants any special handling yet.
