The Boston LUG hashed out this problem a while back. There it was
decided that there'd be a section of the LUG web site for job
postings. There's a section for postings by principals and a section
for postings by agencies. There's also a section for job seekers to
advertise availability.
All posting is routed through one volunteer. He hasn't burned out
yet.
