Personally, since I was looking a couple of weeks ago, and Derek and I sent
out mail to that effect, and subsequently found something, I'm in favor of it.

I don't think this is a concern, simply because said employer can not dictate
what you read anywhere, never mind where you read it. If an employee is
tempted to leave, you as the employer have options; let them go, counter-offer
to keep them, or make them happier so they don't get tempted in the first
place.

IMO that's what the delete key is for. I have no interest in many of the
posts here, but others do. I delete that which does not interest me.

I think it's making a mountain out of a molehill. I don't feel there are that
many job postings yet. When there are, then I agree. We can create a new
list, web site, or news group for them. Until then, a couple per week I don't
think is that bad. Even if we were to see 2 a day (though maybe that's the
signal that we need to start taking action :)
