My guess is that it was an older version, and that NPR (out of D.C.) 
got a much better deal from MS that included *all* NPR affiliates 
around the country.

I searched the web yesterday for stations carrying this show, and not 
one that I found now had a RealAudio format available.  Everything was
MS Windows Media Player format.

But this is just a guess.
