Hear, hear! I was hoping someone would mention this! Long term Real Media's
proprietary format must go too. Or otherwise evolve to an open standard.
Hard to see this happening w/o the demise of Real, but maybe it could
happen somehow...
What are the legal implications to reverse-engineering their format and
making our own clients and servers?
