I'd have to say No. The problem is the delay inherent
in constructing and organizing one's thoughts, codifying
them in English, doing the typing, and then editing it.
That delay exists whether or not one is typing in an
email client, a web-based interface, or anything else.
Meanwhile, by the time you manage to create a reply,
a dozen other people have said the same thing.
