Unless there's some compelling reason to continue on with various viewpoints, all completely reasonable and logical to those who hold them, lets suffice it to say that there are differing opinions and kill this thread.
Many have chimed in with their viewpoints, experiences and preferences and I think there's little confusion about any of them.
