Well, lets be clear about one thing:  It isn't -my- time we're questioning 
or defending.  It's a thought process.  Besides the fact that if you're 
reading email, you're probably already connected - and if you have the 
free time and the desire, you'll look - if you don't you won't... where 
was I?  Beside all of that, there are multiple reasons people may have - I 
think it was Ben Scott who quoted 'All blanket statements are false'... 
right?

Lets not get into a pissing contest here - Everyone has reasons to ignore 
email and everyone has reasons not to summarize.  It's really a petty 
discussion at this point - people are different, get over it.  Paul summed 
it up, in my opinion, with his reasons (a, b, and c, IIRC).
