It is accepted that the Goa University has never had a vision, simply because, to start with, the University building design itself was conceptualised by a mere bailo Impression artist. Any one needs further confirmation on the above may kindly contact Goa's own forward looking architect going old... Bruno D'Souza, of Altinho, Panjim (late Arch. Lucio Miranda's brother-in-law) who was the award winner for the (Porvorim) Goa Legislative Assembly design. Surely he will shed more light on this.

And this, just a passing thought!

Dear Roland,
Please don't be so hard on Goa University. During its reign of 22 years, it has managed to produce more cooks onboard ships, more packers in Swindon, more houseboys in Kuwait and more illegal waiters in the US than any other university.
